How Are We Going To Stop GOP If They Continue Their Destructive Rampage?

I really hope that demonstrations and pressure work to dampen the coming GOP rampage. What is the plan when they say fuck you we won.

The back down on the ethics issue early on has been an encouraging sign. The question is what we do about the larger issues they seem to be determined to advance.

realize that these people should never be given power. Hopefully the damage they do will be fixable.

They'll get tired of making overtures (or even pretenses) of unity and just do what they want.

Voters trust republicans more. They don't trust democrats.

Mostly due to talk radio and cultural issues.

So the only time they will vote for democrats is when the GOP starts screwing up so bad that they want a change.

What we have to do NEXT time is not just go back in and try to reach out. We need politicians who will bring forth the FACT that when the GOP controls gov't, war and calamity follow.

Obama wanted to be classy because he was the first black president, and therefore failed to drive a stake in the GOP's heart. So when he saved the country and things were looking better people went back to their tried and true.

repubs and trump especially have learned their 3rd Reich lessons well....don't think for a second they'll concede anything.

and that Virginia retains a Democratic Governor in 2017 and that New Jersey gets one in 2017.

That's all we can really do for now. Also, throw some love towards our currently elected Dems when they do something right.

Get involved locally too.
