I imagine it starts with what they call mission creep? A few drones here some advisor boots on the ground etc. Will the top brass go along with whatever crazy plan comes out of his ass at 3 AM?

Does our volunteer army really want to tangle over the South China Sea? Or engage anywhere that , say, advanced Putins interests? Who in the hell would enlist?

1. Here's a likely scenario!

If the US goes for those islands, the Chinese will take Taiwan, and urge the North Koreans to cross the 38th Parallel into South Korea!

Japan will go on alert, but will likely not join the US in any military adventure, the same can probably be said for most of the Pacific Rim countries!

At the same time, Russia will reoccupy the Baltic states, and dare NATO to do anything!

It's what I would do, especially if I was Putin and I knew I had a puppet, who was the POTUS!!!
