It's "possible", as Spicer says, that 3-5 million votes were fraudulent. It's possible that Trump knows that the Russians padded the voter polls to give Trump and other GOP politicians their wins. After all it is "possible".

UPDATE: I just called my congresscritter, Scott Perry (R-PA) and asked the nice person who answered if Perry also believed that massive voter fraud was committed in the last investigation, and if so, if he would call for an investigation. I'm waiting patiently for a reply!

The true part is that there was massive election fraud; he lied about it benefiting Democrats when in fact the vote padding benefited repukes. If the elections were free, fair, and honest, we'd have had President HRC and a Democratic Senate.

then based on the few facts we have from this election...that would mean that trump was illegally elected.

There were 4 known cases of voter fraud and 3 of those were voters who voted for trump.
So that means clinton won in a landslide both popular vote and should have been the electoral college.
