If he doesn't come here, Trump will just withdraw from NAFTA and impose his tariffs and start taxing Mexican remittances. Ultimately that's bad for everyone, but it's a catastrophe for Mexico.

Trump wants that to happen because no other leader will dare to question his capacity to make dumb decisions.

And tax anything going to Mexico. It's either to use a service like that, than to risk the cash in the mail. And a 20% tax would be less risky than sending it via mail or giving it to a coyote.

It'll take years for Mexico to negotiate anything with China. And China has to worry about their own relationship with Drumpf.

And if we pull out of Nafta, Mexico's economy will be in the toilet, and they'll be going to China with their hat in their hand. How good a trade deal could someone in that position negotiate?
