Were Draft Executive Orders on Standby for Terrorist Attack?
We have seen leaked WH draft Executive Orders implementing a series of controversial measures such as reopening CIA secret prisons and authorizing torture. Why are some of these drafts with WH officials not acknowledging them? Could they simply have been drafted to rollback civil liberties once Trump had a pretext such as a terrorist act. Indeed, Trump must be getting impatient to get his show on the road given his glee following the Orlando shooting. However, I am sure he had been coached not to give himself a high five when he officially announces these Orders.
