Is there any restriction to prevent Mexico from closing the entry ports for a day or 2

every week.

they just need to manage the politics of it.

they can't be seen as initiating aggressive action. whatever they do, it has to be seen as a clearly proportionate response to specific actions (not just words, however odious) from donnie.
