It would be unarmed robbery and the servicers would be liable. The courts won't permit it and it's just a bunch of nonsense to distract and placate.

It also violates the due process clause of the 14th Amendment to treat remittances from one group of people different than another. How about remittances to the Philippines? to El Salvador? to Belize? et cetera?
