Spouse and I had that discussion this afternoon. She is the last of her family and in great health. Everyone of her parents and siblings passed away from Cancer. is a self-proclaimed "moderate Republican" and who supported and voted for Trumputin. The way he was engaging the Trumpsters on that thread - explaining to them how California gets its water - I thought he was a liberal or a Democrat. When I made the mistake of not reading down the thread where he said he was a moderate Republican and I had written "Trumpsters" in my post to him, he came out nasty and said that "common sense is lost on low-info voters" like me.

I came back with,

"Low-info voter?? This coming from a Trumputin supporter and voter like you? I'm sorry I'd posted to you, thinking you were level-headed and had at least a modicum of common sense. My mistake, Comrade. You're a Republican and a Putin-patriot, and I shouldn't expect common sense and knowledge of politics from your ilk."

This was a day ago. He hasn't responded and no other Trumpster has, either. They're embarrassed for having supported and voted for this Putin-lackey. This is what got them the hardest, that Trumputin has thick ties to Russia. Even a business owner and Republican my son works for says he's afraid for our country. He admitted that he had no idea that Trumputin had such close ties with Putin. He's afraid for our country. He said they fucked up.
