Alabama Privacy Act: To have attendants at every bathroom

Bathroom watcher bill

Bills have also been filed (or carried over from 2016 legislative sessions) in Alabama, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Illinois South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington and Wyoming. The Wyoming bill is the first of its kind in the state, and it would make it a crime of public indecency to use a bathroom or changing facility designated for the opposite sex.

The Alabama Privacy Act is proposing to have attendants "stationed at the door of each rest room to monitor the appropriate use of the rest room and answer any questions or concerns posed by users."

and "answer questions or concerns posed by users?" Holy hell, what does that even mean? If a woman comes into the restroom who, in the opinion of the monitor or a user, doesn't look "womanly" enough (whatever that means), will she have to show them her private parts? Are they limited to just looking or do they get to probe, too, to be sure they are the real thing? What the actual fuck is wrong with these people?

I definitely wouldn't set foot in that state, ever, if they did that. That's one reason I hate the Charlotte airport. They have attendants, and I always feel guilty for not tipping when they insist on handing me a paper towel, but I'm not tipping somebody to use the bathroom!

too afraid to pee. Amazeballs. On the upside this should be a poorly paid job with no benefits and health care just like Trump voters wanted.

Oustanding. Alabama has a high unemployment rate. Forcing everyone to hire bathroom attendants will help a great deal.

Of course, drug tests and criminal record checks will be required for the job. You only want toilet attendants of the highest possible moral standards. I recommend that they pay these essential workers at least double the minimum wage, but they won't have to give them bathroom breaks, I guess.
