So reporting the news is a felony?

I am still shocked that reporters have been arrested and charged with a felony for reporting on protests. But what really is freaking me out is how little outrage this has generated. Why are there charges against them anyway? They were only documenting the events. We all like to diss the media one way or another but without a free press our democracy is doomed.

Many, as you know, sit on military contractor boards as well.

it will be illegal for a private citizen, journalist or not, to use a camera in public. Big brother needs to make sure he is the only one watching!

The federal government has very limited power over the conduct of state and local law enforcement except when it comes to civil rights. For the same reason, law enforcement in sanctuary cities cannot be required by the federal government to enforce immigration law. These are thing Dump just doesn't understand yet. I'm looking forward to his reaction when he discovers that presidential powers are limited.
