Congressman wants to pass a law that only US Citizens can vote in Federal Elections.

This is not a joke. But it does show that we are doomed.

Alabama Congressman Mo Brooks, expressing his support for Trump and Pence investigating voter fraud, actually said:

“What can we do to help you, the White House, the president — first have a requirement that only American citizens can vote in federal elections, and second that only those persons who are registered to vote are the ones who actually vote on election day.”

A spokeswoman from Brooks’s office confirmed the accuracy of his remarks.*

And, they confirmed the accuracy of his remarks, meaning that he doesn't know this is already the law. This idiot thinks non-citizens are allowed to vote. What a buffoon.

You would need a certified and embossed stamp of an ORIGINAL birth certificate in its original and NO copies. It have to have similar fraud proof elements like our currency. A US passport could be allowed also. They would just ask for more enhanced version of ID.

They would also require all voting be done personally with no mail in. And could make it where you had to be registered where you live for an extended period of time. Plus even if you are in school you would have to go to your home address to vote.

And would all birth certificates have to pass through Joe Arpaio for verification?

Showing your ID and being registered won't be enough. You'll have to bring with you three pieces of Duck Dynasty merchandise, pass a Fox News personalities poll test, and/or have a Lee Greenwood album ( no downloads you fancy pants snowflake hipsters they need to see VINYL!)

This is convincing evidence that it's a widespread problem to supporters, because if the republican government is "governing" it must be a serious problem.

The following is from:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Voting_rights_in_the_United_States#Noncitizen_voting

"Some cities like Chicago, towns or villages (in Maryland) today allow noncitizen residents to vote in school or local elections.[68][18][69][70] In 1874, the Supreme Court in Minor v. Happersett noted that "citizenship has not in all cases been made a condition precedent to the enjoyment of the right of suffrage. Thus, in Missouri, persons of foreign birth, who have declared their intention to become citizens of the United States, may under certain circumstances vote".[71] Federal law prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections.[72]" (underline mine)
