My only difference is that I'd put Pruitt higher on my list.

As for the worst Cabinet official--once again, the competition is absolutely fierce.

A few other considerations:

Steve Mnuchin, the Treasure Secretary who was known as the foreclosure king and who once foreclosed on a 90 year old woman over a 27 cent payment error.

Sonny Perdue at the Agriculture Department who once dealt with a drought in his state by asking the people to pray for rain.

Rex Tillerson, the Secretary of State, whose qualifications for the job are running an international oil company and being friends with Vladimir Putin.

Here are my top 5:

1. Scott Pruitt - EPA
2. Betsy Devos - Education
3. Jeff Sessions - Attorney General
4. Steve Mnuchin - Treasury
5. Rick Perry - Energy

...in that regardless of how we might feel with respect to any other issue, if Jeff Sessions is cracking down on grass roots efforts to mobilize voters the way Republicans prosecuted Acorn, and refused to enforce voting rights laws, then we may not be able to vote out any Republicans, including Trump. Jeff Sessions could not get confirmed as a District Court Judge, and now he is expected to be the AG?
