Paul Ryan Cheers the Courts Blocking the Presidents Overreach!

“In the coming weeks, we will be taking our next step to stop the president's executive overreach. The House will vote on whether to file an amicus brief in the Supreme Court opposing the president's executive amnesty. This is a very extraordinary step. In fact, it has never been done before.

“But this executive amnesty is a direct attack on the Congress's Article One powers under our Constitution. This is a question between Article One and Article Two.

“The president is not permitted to write law—only Congress is. The House will make that very, very clear, and we will do so as an institution on behalf of the American people on behalf of representative self-government.”...Paul Ryan

o wait shit, never mind. wrong president.

I wish posts like this wouldn't toy with our serious feelings. But, oh well, I tell others not to nanny me.

Why is the MSM not harping on this? All they would need to do is post the tweet on the front page or have Rachel discuss it. So simple.

that Ryan promised this with Obama and is backtracking. It needs to be current to show the hypocrisy.

This man is a joke with zero integrity.

I am glad at least a few Republicans (McCain, Graham) have not sold out whatever principles they had completely at the altar of Trump.
