CNN’s Poppy Harlow asked Trump adviser and former U.S. Rep. Jack Kingston (R-GA) a couple of pointed questions about Pres. Trump’s ban on Muslim refugees and on Saturday, then fact-checked him live on the air when he tried to fudge his answers.

“What data can you point to that justifies that these seven nations have a tie to U.S. terror attacks or a higher incidence of bringing terror to this country?” she asked.

“I think maybe the idea that I would say, the evidence is that the countries themselves don’t really have a standard that would preclude enemies of the United States from emigrating here,” Kingston said. “These are not countries that are known to love the United States of America.”

“So you say these are not countries that love the United States and therefore this is justified,” Harlow said. So, what about Russia?”

gish galloping. In fact, they may have been separated at birth. I have never seen him answer a question truthfully.

He has this strange creepy smile and his head is always a little sideways. He freaks me out a bit.

Kingston had his say, talked over Harlow when she tried to counter him, then Kingston talked over the other guest, Harlow gave Kingston another few minutes to state his crap, then Harlow told the other guest he could have the last word but Kingston AGAIN jabbered over everything he tried to say.

I was yelling at the TV asking for them to turn off Kingston's microphone.

Kingston doesn't freak me out - he pisses me off every single time I see him on air.

10. +100 I watched that segment and I too was disgusted by Kingston being allowed to talk over the

other guest. This is something all of Trump shills do. They get their turn to talk uninterrupted and then when the other guest starts to speak (and call them out on their lies), they interrupt and talk over them. Poppy Harlow is terrible about allowing this to happen. It is so obvious that this is a planned tactic by Trumpeters. It makes me so angry.

2. The majority of CNN's programs are really good

My favorite is Chris Cuomo but I pretty much like all of them other than Wolf Blitzer who I find really annoying.

3. i don't trust them . i feel like the next time some Dem does something bad they will be all over it

even if it's some small thing. but to balance out all the negative reporting on trump . even though they just reported the facts in the case of trump.

uses the same talking points. Frank Luntz has done a amazing job of keeping these slugs on message. One can only hope this trend breaks down for the Nations safety.

When I used to watch CNN the mute button was my friend. He said nothing of value and only caused me grief. Then i stopped watching CNN altogether. But Poppy deserves props for jamming him into a corner by her probing.
