As Families Reunite At Dulles, Lawyers Say Customs And Border Protection Is Violating Court Order BY

Lawyers at Dulles say that Customs and Border Protection is violating a court order issued Saturday night by a federal judge in Virginia.
The temporary restraining order from U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema permits lawyers access to all legal permanent residents detained at Dulles International Airport, but attorneys still haven't been let back by Customs and Border Protection as of 11:50 p.m., despite presenting them with the court order.
"We are actually trying to bring a court marshall to see if they can comply with the court order," says Shahin Fallah, one of the many lawyers at the international terminal to help after President Donald Trump's executive order barring people, including legal residents and visa holders, from seven majority-Muslim countries from entering the U.S. for the next 90 days and suspends the refugee admissions program for 120 days

Meaning, why is Cory Booker showing up at Dulles? I'm glad someone is there but where is our Senator?

I'm wondering if those closely associated with the Clinton campaign (Clinton/Kaine) are trying to keep a low-profile--strategery, y'know?

Ryan and McTurtle don't want Trump in the Oval Office. They want Pence. I'm not saying that the national Republican leadership is this Machiavellian, but maybe they are shutting up in order to give Trump enough rope to hang himself with, so that an impeachment and removal from office becomes something even Republicans will initiate and go along with.

"Sadly, and with a heavy heart," of course.

11. CBP violating court order at LAX & refusing to meet with 2 Congresswomen
Sun Jan 29, 2017, 04:10 AM
Jan 2017

On Saturday evening, a federal judge in New York issued an emergency order temporarily barring the U.S. from deporting people with valid visas, even if they are from the seven nations subject to Trump’s ban.

U.S. Congresswomen Judy Chu and and Nanette Barragan were crisscrossing Tom Bradley terminal demanding information from Customs and Border Protection regarding confusion over whether visa holders had been detained after the federal judge’s stay had been issued.

“Because there’s a situation where you have someone who’s been granted citizenship, she’s here with her baby, and she’s being detained, and you can’t even have members of Congress get to her,” Rep. Nanette Barragan said.

“So now what we want is a briefing from CBP in terms of what they are doing,” Rep. Judy Chu said. “And they have refused to speak to us directly. And we are demanding that we get a briefing.”
