The Bill Clinton/Trump immigration meme is on its way around (again)

I won't link to it, because it doesn't deserve the traffic, but the one where Bill Clinton talks about getting tougher on immigration and says when Clinton said it, he gets a standing O and when Trump says it, it's racist.

If a person was living under a rock and came outside and saw the 2016 election and thought Bill Clinton was running, they should not have been faulted for it.

So why quote him now?

for having signed the Telecommunications Act of 1996...you know the law on which the FCC is currently relying in its fight to preserve net neutrality.
