KellyAnn, Spicer, Priebus, et al - Did They Have To Sign 'Pre-Nup' Agreements?.....

I'm asking if the people that work around Trump in the White House - did they sign an agreement - like a pre-nup - so that they are prevented from writing a tell all book - should they quit or be fired. I guess what I'm talking about is a Confidentiality Agreement - but I used the term 'pre-nup' because that is probably what Trump is more familiar with.

Also - does anyone think he has an incentive plan for them - and if he wants them to lie for him - they get $'s?

None you list ever tell the truth about anything ever in their lives.

These are people who live an entire existence based on lies, death and destruction.

They dont need to be told to lie, it is what they do naturally.

Now they may get caught up if rump excludes them from what he is doing, they may here and there inadvertently tell the truth for instance when kept out of the loop.

preventing them from ever speaking about him. He can fire the people he appointed (but not Civil Service people) but he can't restrict them from talking about him. http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2016/11/16/trump-can-t-legally-make-new-staff-sign-ndas-yet.html The government can require nondisclosure agreements relating to classified information but that's about it.

Trump generally has people sign non-disclosure agreements. I believe that his former wives signed non-disclosure agreements in order to receive their marriage settlements. I mean it is actually sort of a standard practice in business, but I am sure that Trump has taken it to pathological levels. The only thing that the man has of value is whatever perception of him as a smart business person that has been created around him.

As others have said, the people in his inner circle have lied for a living. Conway was working for Cruz's campaign before jumping over to Trump. Bannon (enough said). Spicer and Priebus are old political hacks. They need no incentive to lie, but they definitely have incentive in the form of wanting to keep the floundering ship from sinking lest they all go down.

Like I said, I am sure there is something they had to sign the limits their ability to disclose, in exchange for working with Trump on the grift.

Though I am not sure if they have actual federal posts or are serving as advisers. I would hope that their information is public and subject to FOIA requests.
