In Alabama and Texas he appeared under the name Gregg Allen Phillips, using the same Social Security number. In Mississippi, he was registered as Gregg A. Phillips, with the last four digits of that same Social Security number, his correct date of birth and one of Gregg Allen Phillips’ prior address. He has lived in all three states.
