At that point President Bannon, er, Trump - may start looking very impeachable to McTurtle, Ryan, and the rest of the GOP herd after all.

(7,800 posts)would appeal to his crowd - but the thought of yet another extended war - this will not be something that many will be welcoming. They've seen how little they actually benefit from our bullshit wars and self-manufactured conflicts.
The Afghan and Iraq wars are not popular among Drumpf voters.

(4,229 posts)My brother voted for Trump and one reason was he thought Hillary was too much of a hawk and was going to get us in a war with Russia.
If Trump gets us in a couple wars I'll have to ask how that worked out for him.
