Is IDEA.ed.gov down for maintenance or down for destruction?
A friend of mine who has a child with disabilities in public school went to see if anything changed on the website and it won't load. Are they revamping it with all of the wonderful things Sec Grizzly will do for education or is it down for destruction and dismantling?
