... the results are irrelevant to those taking the so-called survey. I may feel cathartic and rewarding to go through the motions of "letting them have it" and trying to penetrate the walls of their bubble, but I doubt anyone will read (or care) what was selected or written.

They just want your contact info and possible donation at the end. (It's similar to the clicky-clicky polls we saw during the primaries and during the election. Only, for those it was often unclear what the poll-taker's motive or affiliation was. Fortunately, in this case, it's pretty clear what he's doing.)

That's true whether or not you're using an ad blocker. You can't get around it unless you're using a proxy server.
