Trump's fear is like a dead skunk coming through the car vents on a country road.

Make no mistake, his sadness over "Bernie's Guy" and the DNC represents one thing, and one thing only.

In Trump's mind, the kiss of death for any Democrat is to be "endorsed" by Trump.

Showing support, empathy, sympathy, righteous indignation any real or imagined affront toward Sanders is Trump's way of neutering, nullifying, and removing Sanders from any equation that involves his own "power."

It "discredits" any statements Sanders may make on Trump, just as he believes that calling the news media "crooked" and "unfair" discredits anything they report.

Fucker's afraid, it's that simple.

Afraid of the Intelligence community that "can't find the leakers," afraid of the news media that reports the links, afraid of Sanders, afraid of Tom Perez.

Afraid.

Frightened little boy on a short leash.

Trump resigns, Pence pardons him, Dems take back the House and Senate, Dem in the Oval Office in 2020.

The single worst thing that could happen to Trump would be to lose.

His ego would cave in like a rotten melon. There's no way he could spin defeat.

Of course, he's lost many, many times in his "career."

Just one example, Donald "We Never Settle, We Win" Trump settles Trump University lawsuit.

Nixon faded away in shame.

I'd be happy if that's how this plays out for Trump.
