I can see him hiring a huge Gestapo police force for this. they will be like Bounty Hunters seeking out immigrants.

Here is my question... So let's say you are a victim of a crime...a mugging, robbery, burglary, etc. You go and report it to the police. Will there be some Federal Law where you are asked was the suspect an ' immigrant' 'a latino' etc?
