He's beholden to the coal industry folks. There is a remarkable lack of looking forwarding in this state. Coal pollutes, acid rain, and down wind increased rates of asthma. Likewise, they want to give the coal companies more opportunity to pollute the streams. There goes fish that you can eat AND increase the cost of downstream water treatment.

These costs go to the poor folks. Joe is under pressure. But, he wants to be reelected in 2018.

We need a new method of income for those folks affected by outgoing industry. A living wage everywhere.

Their jobs will never come back the way they were 20-30-40 years ago. My state needs to look forward. Let's move on.
