(90,785 posts)I've got a mini dachshund that will do the same. Course he shreds the toy right after. I call him my little serial doggie and not without a touch of alarm.

(1,124 posts)I have a Sheltie who is 15 now ... still has many of the toys he had as a pup. Drawback is that he has so many of them I've been deprived of the joy in being able to bring home the latest, cutest one I see. One extreme or the other.

(90,785 posts)I rarely buy new now. No room. They will open the lid and spread their toys everywhere and once they have caused me enough work, they get bored. They wait until I start the clean-up and then they pull toys back out as fast as I put them up.
I'm well trained.

"There is a longer version of this video clip where the doggie lights a cigarette when she's done."
"Would it be possible to train a St Bernard or an Irish wolfhound to do the same thing and then take it to a tRump rally?"
