“Perhaps 3.9 extra PSI of boost from a positive-displacement supercharger that’s 221 cubic inches (3.6-liters) bigger equals 405 more horsepower, though 1,112 horses is a bit hard to believe."

“Or, maybe it’s 3.9 extra PSI of boost, adding 221 horses making for a 4.05-second zero-to-60 time. 978 horses is a bit more reasonable…”

His guesses are based on the assumption that the standard output of the Demon Hemi V8 is 757 HP. He assumes this because the last teaser Dodge released repeatedly showed the number 757

.

That Dodge is a car that passes almost everything but the pumps.

The problem is, it has to wake up the entire neighborhood while doing it.

Comes with extra rear wheels for drag slicks and has a proprietary super charger "launch mode" that raises the boost and controls torque to the rear wheels to prevent time wasting burnouts.

Yeah it'll burn a lot of gas, but only 400 meters at a time

It's a toy and a "look at me I'm rich" car, I doubt most people will ever hear it outside of bracket races

I wouldn't be paying the guesstimated $80-$100k+ MSRP for a Chally...
