Tillerson is threatening NK with a pre-emptive strike just as there is this big intelligence meeting scheduled for Monday. Let's say Comey tells Congress that Trump is involved up to his ears with the Russians and Congress moves on impeachment. Would Trump be able to attack NK as a diversion without challenge because he is still the president or would his powers be put on hold until the impeachment is finally decided with a vote? Or would the Repugs just put a full court press on Trump to immediately resign?
