...is there are host of other officials who should be sitting in, but aren't even considered. There's really no reason for her sitting in on these meetings, other than grifting for the Trump family fortune.

It's seriously fucked that Trump's circle of knowledge revolves around FOX news, Ivanka, and Brietbart - not to mention the crazy inside of Trump's head.

But Ivanka.. access to the President runs through her and Kushner. Foreign officials are told to call them to reach the Oval Office, instead of the State Dept, etc..

As a private citizen, she has no role in these meetings and absolutely should not be there. Since she is neither an elected nor an appointed member, there is no way to hold her accountable. She can't be impeached, for example.
