Time to Launch a New Meme -- The Mad President
Henceforth whenever you refer to Trump, please refer to him as the Mad President -- on analogy with the Mad King in Game of Thrones.
We need to repeat that sobriquet so often that it becomes a viral meme. The goal is to make the press and the politicians take notice.
The press, in particular, will not flat out call him what he is -- a madman -- on its own. But if WE insist on calling him that and it spreads like wildfire, the press will have to take notice. They will ask his henchmen and enablers questions like, "What does it say about the president that so many have chosen to refer to him as 'The Mad President?" They will host panels devoted to the question of whether The Mad President is really as mad as so many seem to believe. They will ask presidential historians whether there has ever been a president considered to be mad by so many.
If we get to that point, we will have won a huge victory in the framing of the Mad President.
