So far, the ten or so elections that have taken place have resulted in very low turn out. That voting is most important.

Democratic access to citizens and a publicization of contrasts between Democratic and Republican Town Halls would go a long way towards cementing support for the next election cycle.
It's time to do this now, and continue it all the way through 2020.
