How is the rest of your committee supposed to evaluate this vital information that you have to impart? Can you see how it makes a difference if you present evidence of X whether you found out X from a high level trustworthy source or from the fillings in your teeth? It's not possible for the rest of the committee to evaluate your claim without knowing where the information came from. You are no longer a credible source, and your committee can no longer trust what you have to say.

Go after him with a Disciplinary Complaint, which is non partisan, so we don't have to get Repubs to investigate themselves, a huge burden, when they control the power in these positions. Too bad, because he has violated so many ethics rules. I'm checking out some, who are egregiously violating ethics rules, which could be worthy of a DC, legal disciplinary complaint, if they are licensed as attorneys:

*Not Paul Ryan, degree business
*Kellyanne Conway is a licensed lawyer
*Obviously, Sessions is as Attorney General.Alabama
*Kushner went to law school, J.D., NYU, undergrad in government, Harvard, but he does not appear to be licensed. He had two internships after law school. He did not want to be a lawyer, after his father was prosecuted.
*Nunes has a Masters. He is not a lawyer.
*Jason Chaffetz, has a bachelors in communications. Not a lawyer. Interesting tidbit, his father was married to Kitty Dukakis for 4 years. He is still close to the Dukakis family, according to Wikipedia. Of course, he campaignedfor Michael Dukakis.
* Trey Gowdy is a lawyer, licensed in S Carolina.

23. More lawyers who may be subject to ethics DC complaints

Violations of the ethical code for lawyers subjects those people to DC ( Disciplinary Complaints). If such violations occur, it could subject those persons to DC.
I'm researching those who may have violated such ethics rules. The complaints would normally be filed in the states in which they are licensed, by someone in that state, or someone else who has been personally aggrieved by the lawyer in that state.
