Gorsuch will be confirmed, and even if Trump gets indicted and removed, proving he was illegitimate, Gorsuch will never be removed from the court.

I'm so disgusted by Republicans over all this. McConnell even admitted there is no rule about not appointing a justice in a President's last year. He did it because he could and he hated Obama.

hopefully, demographic changes and the 2020 census will mean several decades of democratic majorities.

doesn't excuse his actions, but ya gotta expect a cornered, wounded animal to lash out.
