The Trump Administration has basically admitted it has no use for the UN, so sending Haley down there to act concerned really doesn't say much to me. It's all Kabuki theater.

Their first reaction was to blame President Obama for what happened, and leave any mention of Putin out of their statement altogether.

Or - here's me being cynical - maybe Putin is allowing the criticism in the U.N. because the U.N. has no actual power, and is allowing it only to give his puppet Trump cover in the U.S.?
