4. I like Katie, and her perspective on what must have started out

as a throwaway assignment might contain some interesting insight.

She earned her spot on the MSNBC schedule. One thing, though.

I wish she wouldn't refer to her guests as "you guys". It's fine if you're kicking back with friends on football Sunday (or if you're covering a sports event on your show) - but it comes across as very high-school on a news oriented show.

There. I had to get that off my chest. Otherwise, Katie is fine.
