Tomahawk Viagra

Tomahawk Viagra (posted in its entirety with permission from the author)

Donald J. Trump is a blazing hypocrite. He criticized Hillary for supporting strikes on Syria and just the other day called Obama ‘weak’ on Syria.

However, Obama did it properly. He first asked congress to authorize airstrikes on Syria. Congress refused to even vote on it. And ’45’ – at least 12 times or more back in 2013 – tweeted about how he thought Obama should NOT strike Syria.

And NOW just last week, he criticizes Obama for being ‘weak‘? It wasn’t Obama who was weak. It was the GOP-dominated congress that was obstructive. And thus ’45’ is a pretentious hypocrite.

I also keep reading: “Oh he’s just like Hillary” But that doesn’t wash. There’s no way Hillary or her administration would have produced an Obamacare replacement like the one we just saw a couple weeks ago that takes healthcare from millions and makes it unaffordable for those who need it most. Nor would Hillary be shutting down the EPA and un-doing all of Obama’s environmental policies. She would do what needed to be done on climate change and she would not destroy Obamacare. So, no ’45’ is not “acting like Hillary“. Not at all.

Whether you believe the airstrikes in Syria were needed or not, it’s grossly hypocritical for ’45’ to criticize Obama for not having done it when congress obstructed him. (But Obama followed the constitution and asked them first like a President is supposed to).

And it’s grossly hypocritical for ’45’ to criticize Obama for not having done it when DONALD himself urged him not to multiple times back in 2013.

And it’s grossly hypocritical for ’45’ to launch airstrikes on Syria after he criticized Hillary for supporting this same thing during the election.

But even after all this, ’45’ turns around and strikes Syria HIMSELF.

So let’s unpack this:

It’s OK for Donald Trump to launch airstrikes on Syria – BUT:

– It’s NOT OK for a potential female President (Hillary Clinton) to do it or support it (ever) and;

– It’s NOT OK that a black President Obama didn’t do it (though 45 himself didn’t want him to at the time and the GOP congress blocked it when he wanted to)

Clearly, THE ONLY PERSON who can launch airstrikes on Syria and be CORRECT in doing so is a rich white man.

That’s some damn interesting privilege there.

The truth is Obama would have been called “wrong” in ’45’s opinion no matter what he did or didn’t do in regards to Syria and no matter what the circumstances.

The truth is Clinton would have been called “wrong” in ’45’s opinion no matter what she did or didn’t do in regards to Syria and no matter what the circumstances.

And that’s because in ’45’s mind and in the minds of his notoriously racist and sexist supporters, you’ve got to be WHITE, MALE, and RICH to have the privilege of being deemed correct, trustworthy or justified in your actions.

But that obvious point aside, the message behind those strikes was not intended for Assad. It was intended for the US.

American taxpayers had to pay millions of dollars for a bunch of Tomahawk VIAGRA to prop up 45's flaccid approval ratings. By God, we can't spend tax dollars on Medicare or Social Security or healthcare for everyone -- ESPECIALLY not for any poor people, old people and especially not for WOMEN -- but we can spend MILLIONS on Tomahawk Viagra for '45'.

And when you consider it THAT way it makes sense. In fact that's the ONLY WAY it makes sense. . .

Because Hillary doesn't have a penis to keep her brain in so she doesn't need Tomahawk Viagra.

And, Obama's approval ratings even at their lowest point were quite solidly higher than '45's, so HE didn't need Tomahawk Viagra either.

so an oil spill on the beach at Mar A Lago might do the trick. He's for offshore drilling in the Atlantic, right?

....as the climate change he calls a Chinese hoax makes sea levels rise.

Come to think of it, why not put an oil rig in the middle of his Mar-A-Lago golf course? Would be lovely, eh?

Well, his approval numbers are limp.

Seriously, I think this an orchestrated distraction.

I don't think this shallow man has a clue about the situation is Syria. And I know he is lying about caring for the children.

He was a private citizen then, but Donald has been interested in the Presidency for decades, but not in the business of Governing - a huge warning sign.

Anyone comparing him to HRC over this is also being deliberately obtuse. Policy decisions by responsible leaders are rooted in a comprehensive raison d'être - there has be substance and a vision. Their judgments fall in line with what their endgame or strategy will be. Donald's only concern here is the news cycle and his lingering hate for Barack Obama. He knows fuckall about what to do next, and any indication of competency will likely be due to McMaster's influence (alone).

roasted him at the WH correspondent's dinner over his birther crap. Read there and elsewhere that he is VERY vengeful and obsessed w/ revenge. And that makes him also unsuitable for the POTUS role.

Obama dissed him and he took great offense. Probably because a minority got uppity, or maybe more than that. In his world, you always have to strike back. Always.

Same with Hillary Clinton or any other woman. I truly believe the article is spot on when it says it's about white male privilege. You've got to be male, white, heterosexual and preferably wealthy to have the privilege of not having your actions slammed for being wrong, right out the gate (or even before they make it that far). There is nothing Clinton or Obama could do under any circumstance in Syria that Trump or any other Republican would consider The Right Thing.
