Trump is oblivious and just wants to play "Army Man". There were quite a few of us who, as toddlers, played with those little green plastic soldiers. Trump lived vicariously through his battle play as a toddler and remains a toddler to this day. His cowardly misguided desire to be a real soldier has now placed him in a position to played with soldier's lives. I bet he is orgasmic at the mere thought of sending humans into battle. You know he's bloodthirsty. Only a bloodthirsty individual would be willing to send people to their deaths.
