Only old people have landlines any more, and they don't have caller ID.
So they answer every call, including pollsters.

It looks like more than statistical noise to me. It definitely rose from 3/28 to 3/31, and after that has essentially plateaued around 40.

So we are due one soon. If a president goes into a recession at 40% how low will it go? And when it does, what crazy shit will the white house pull to distract from it?
