Am I correct that only the people who voted in the primary can vote in the run-off
Because if it is so, we really need to keep those people engaged.

Still need to keep them engaged and voting
I am concerned about those that didn't show, coming in and voting for the repub
I thought California had open primary as well because the top two vote getters go to the GE

Ossoff can still get this done.
Plus there were situations at some precincts were voters were told they were in wrong place. These can get sorted out to increase turnout.
