The House strategy on Obamacare.
Their goal is simply to get a bill out of the House and sent to the Senate. Then, they will immediately pass a "tax reform" bill, otherwise known as huge tax cuts for the wealthy.
It really doesn't matter what the Senate might do, the House just wants to get the hot potato out of their hands.
Their goal is to slip thru the huge tax cuts as the Senate debates a replacement for Obamacare.
It is a sick political game that they play.
