He was dirty the whole timeSo who knew it? DIA (his old station), CIA, NSA, and FBI
Was it DIA taking revenge on a hated former chief (that is my theory)? CIA or NSA knocking a rival agency down a notch? FBI asserting its primacy as the domestic service?
50 years from now, inshallah, I'll read the book about this, but I find this question fascinating.
