Cute isn't it. Making a white power sign at the WH podium.

(1,907 posts)Dipshit Donnie does a triple a-hole sign at his campaign rallies. Both hands and the face in the middle.

(2,768 posts)Jeff Sessions where are you man? I thought you were supposed to be cracking down on gangs. How are you gonna let gang members walk into your place of business and throw signs all willy nilly like that.

(38,489 posts)I didn't know what it meant. Until now.

(1,907 posts)But normally you don't flatten out your fingers and spread them in a "w". And think about who is doing it.
When I see some of the hand gestures I go with these. A-hole all fingers closed. Okay normally last 3 fingers together and curved. As a punctuation last 3 fingers straight and together. There maybe a area what does that. Just haven't seen it myself.

(48,955 posts)first time I saw the sign (today) I kept thinking of the okay sign. This graphic shows the subtle difference. Pinching rather than tucking the forefinger behind the thumb to make an O.
Man, I feel old.

(115,677 posts)fingers spread out and straight. Maybe it's a regional thing?
Sounds like they are appropriating the OK sign to mean something else entirely.

(5,611 posts)of their "code." See also smug Pepe (the frog associated with white nationalism) making the same sign. They are not all saying "okay" to each other.

(25,704 posts)They are trying to make it seem like a white power hand signal, so people claiming it to be a white power hand signal seem like idiots. They are right.

Don't know why this guy is trying to deny it.

(4,572 posts)I mean, it's not like anyone else has done it at the WH Press Podium.

Er...
I mean, it's not like anyone who uses the #Pepe hashtag (and the emoji) is a New American Nazi. I mean sure, Richard Spencer uses it. Even had a Pepe pin the day he got punched in that now-famous video.
But this is all a coincidence that now two separate sets of people are using the exact same symbol at the WH Press Podium. It's not like Milo Yanananagofuckhimself uses it.
Welp...
(Spoiler alert: There's fucking Nazis in the White House. And they keep adding more every month.)

He's an MRA who plays footsie with the far right.

(16,199 posts)And this one is not. Even the claim that Staffer Stephan Miller flashed one is bogus - it was probably just an adjustment to his suit. What particularly funny about that claim is he is Jewish and the white power movement would reject him entirely. He's just an average authoritarian right wing douche.
