Update: Efforts by House leadership to revive the once-stalled American Health Care Act (AHCA) are underway. Despite having abruptly canceled a floor vote on the AHCA on March 24th, due to lack of support, House leaders are now working on revisions to the legislation that make it even more harmful than before, as ACP stated in a letter on April 24. Late Tuesday night, there were reports that the White House and the House leadership might be close to an agreement on a revised bill that would raise premiums and deductibles for patients with pre-existing conditions and gut requirements that insurers cover essential benefits. This means that the revised legislation could be brought to the House floor

I sold health insurance, car and home...we would write anyone...but if they had a claim, the company went back and tried to find a reason in the application not to pay...and if the bill was under $1500, they declined it...thinking that few folks would sue for that amount...I left the insurance industry and never looked back...they are predatory in all ways.

if you live outside his district - Aurora/Brighton. They like to filter out the chaff straight off. I did just send off an e-mail to Colorado Senator Cory Gardener.

If anyone else from Colorado should happen to read this, make sure you let Cory Gardener know that you are NOT a paid caller when you contact his office. He tries to blow off the calls of his constituents by claiming that we've been paid to express our concerns. Makes me mad as hell!
