Yeah, let's abolish that "libral" right to health care crap

It seems that Republicans just can't help being dicks. They believe that the "Thems" who can't pull themselves up by the holes in their socks deserve to suffer/rot/die.

It's virtually impossible to find the words that describe just how despicable Republican politicians (and so many who vote for them) are.

Most civilized nations consider health care to be a basic human right. But not some in America. WHY? Why do so many countries recognize that the right to live, and to live in health, declare this to be a basic human right? And why does one of America's two major political parties, hate this concept. They fight every version of it. They're attitude is: "Fuck you. If you can't afford health care, die."

Yet, that is what today's Republicans either believe, or think their voters believe. Many cowardly Republican congresspeople voted for a piece of garbage legislation. And they voted for it because they knew it would never pass the Senate.

Note to those congresspeople who voted for it: You are cowards. Voting against your conscience because you want to get reelected is defined as cowardice, whether you like it or not. ( And yeah, call it pragmatic if you like. Voting for something this disgusting is cowardice, so you can spend the rest of your lives knowing that you are pure yellow hacks.)

But let me get back to the main point here. Every single Republican who voted to fuck Americans on their health care is a prick.

That many of them KNEW their bill was extreme, and they were looking for the Senate to make it "better" -- in other words, to take the misery and cruelty out of it FOR the House, because they were too cowardly to do it themselves, and not willing to risk the backlash with their own cruel constituents.

I've always found it hard to not care about what happens to other human beings. That doesn't make me a saint. It just means that I have some sympathy, empathy, or whatever. Put another way, I always hoped I would have the courage to jump in and help when I saw someone being bullied

The American people are today being bullied, demeaned, and totally shit upon by the Republican Party. I'm not sure how we, collectively, go about punching this bully in the face. But we've got to figure out how to do it. And then we have to hit back, in kind, as hard as we possibly can.
