She was one of my favorite Texans and a wonderful speaker of truth to power. I'd love to hear what she would have to say about the current state of the country.
She would have torn tRump apart, with her good friend Ann Richards. Two terrific ladies.

My grandmother was a huge fan of Molly's, and I grew up wanting to be just like her--an unapologetic hell-raising native Texan with a social conscience who could write just as eloquently as she could speak.
I miss Molly almost as much as I miss my grandmother. May they both RIP.
