Just heard this damning fact from Dennis Prager, on his RW radio show.
Discussing with a European guest, an opponent of the concept of the EU, comparing the EU's Constitution unfavorably to the American Constitution, Prager called out, direct quote, "It doesn't even mention Christianity!" The guest concurred, and they both concluded that meant that the EU Constitution "has no soul".

Not that it should mention any religion, but if you have to choose a belief system that contributed to the founding of civilization in Europe, surely paganism has a greater claim than Christianity.
