It would be poetic justice if Trump, Sessions & and the rest of the Russian colluding aids & staff were the first one's being sentenced under these new instructions.

The tradition has been broad because the previous presidents have been more moral than Benedict Donald, basically they take no nothing from any foreign head of state.
