In Ca you need 2/3 to pass any budget and now that Democrats have full control Ca is in good shape again its bizzaro kansas

He's a great guy.. I looked up a debate between he and Bill Clinton. Jerry went after Hillary in that debate. It just goes to show.. in that time even good men were threatened by a strong woman.

has been significantly diminished, and the true will of the voters has been allowed to prevail. This seems to be working out well.
