Rosenstein admits today that he knew Comey was to be fired before he himself wrote the memo

That recommended Comey's firing.

As f now, I fully believe Donald J Trump will be convicted of Obstruction of Justice.

The stakes just went much, much higher for the Donald.

Rosenstein just met with select Senators regarding his appointing a special counsel, and Claire Mccaskill was interviewed and she said in that meetin that Rosenstein was aware that Comey was to be fired days before Rosenstein himself wrote the infamous memo.

And by writing the letter Rosenstein kept his own job -- which allowed him to appoint Mueller.

It sounds as if Rosenstein finally got tired of being used by the White House as an errand boy, and decided to do something about it.
