IMO, Pence has one thing going for him, Trump cannot fire him.

5. 25th amendment is a gray area

From what I understand/ the sitting president has to be incapacitated. while Trump is mentally deranged; I think the founders meant it for someone who is in a coma, or so Ill they cannot mentally function. He will likely resign like Nixon did so he is not impeached.
