30. It's jet-lag
Sun May 21, 2017, 07:40 PM
May 2017

I predicted this would happen. They didn't plan an extra day for him to recover from jet-lag, and it was a mistake.

Jet-lag is real and it hits older people much more than younger. Flying east 7 time zones really throws your body clock off and you have to take a day (maybe two) to recover from it. People in the State Dept. know this because they're always flying around the world, but of course Cheeto 45 never listens to anybody.

He probably said something stupid like "I'll sleep on the plane".
Yeah right, it doesn't matter Cheeto, you're jet-lagged.

and yes, lag is real but if you can do things to lessen its effect. You either have to give it a couple days or do the opposite.

After landing, take a nice shower, rehydrate with water, maybe have a light meal and then go give your talk or have your meeting. You will do fine and crash a few hours later.

If you are the president you have a full bedroom suite in air force 1. This makes it easier.

He might start to feel better about half way through this trip and with a busy schedule to keep, it won't be easy to rest between events. Too bad he ragged Hillary so hard about not having any stamina. The subject is bound to come up and SHE has an amazing travel record for comparison. So he will once again look like a LOSER. Hate it for him....NOT!

with the lag scenario - but I guess it's no surprise that your prediction has come true, since that plane load of idiots just cannot, apparently, "think", "think ahead", "plan accordingly" etc etc.

Thanks for this post and I am stealing your lil video here, o'tay?

But I travel coach, I don't have a bedroom on my plane. No excuses. He trashed Hillary constantly for her "low energy." He was, as usual, projecting.

Obama never faltered on an overseas trip. Neither did Hillary as SOS. He can suck it up or resign.

I've found that if I can get at least four hours sleep on the plane, then I can at least function. But it takes about three days to feel normal--or more normal.

The 79 year old cabinet member who was sleeping during the speech--kudos to him for even being able to attend!

The only way to avoid jet lag is to take about two weeks before and gradually move your bedtime to adjust to the new time zone. One time we were going to bed at 8 p.m. and getting up at 4--that went pretty well.

In honor of Saint Reagan. It's directly opposite National Airport and smells like the shit that comes out of the repuglican's mouths and fannies. I do know that the sewage from Capitol Hill runs into the Anacostia (or at least it used to.) Perhaps a new Trump Lagoon and holding tank.
